​What exactly do you inspect? 
Check our services page. If you see something unclear, call us.

How long does an inspection take?
Under normal circumstances its an hour/hour and a half per 1000 sq ft. A 2000 sq ft home takes approximately 2-3  hours. Also consider older homes may require more time. Or additional services may increase inspection time.

​What if my initial deal falls through?
If you've used us for your initial home inspection and the sale falls through for any reason, we offer a discount on the 2nd inspection.

Do you perform repairs or recommend contractors?
No. Florida law restricts home inspectors from doing any repairs.  Recommending contractors would be a conflict of interest and could give the appearance of unethical practice. We do however recommend the client have any repairs completed by a qualified, licensed contractor.

​Can you provide images or video?
Yes, photos and videos are included in all home inspections at no additional cost.

Will we get a written report?
Yes. We don't just use a home inspection checklist to check things off. A comprehensive written inspection report will be available within 24 hours from the inspection, emailed to you and your Realtor in PDF format.

In the event I have concerns prior to closing, can I contact the inspector?
Yes. Orange Blossom Home Inspection LLC can be reached by phone between 8am and 8pm, 7 days a week.
